These messages were not sent by Tocen Goshoboh.
Please do not click any links in such messages, enter any personal or credit card information, reply to the message, or make any payment.
We have been informed that unauthorized access occurred at an external reservation system provider used by multiple accommodation facilities, including ours. The cause has been identified, and the necessary security measures have already been implemented.
Official communications from Tocen Goshoboh regarding your reservation will only be sent through:
・the official messaging system of the booking platform you used, or
・our official email address:

Even if a message contains correct reservation details, such as our hotel name or your stay dates, please do not enter any personal or credit card information through an unfamiliar link or website.
We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause.
